Polyurethane edging screen

The full name polyurethane is polyurethane, which is a collective term for macromolecular compounds containing repeating urethane groups (NHCOOs) on the backbone. In addition to urethane, polyurethane macromolecules can also contain ethers, esters, ureas, biureas, ureamates and other groups. According to the different raw materials used, there can be products with different properties, generally polyester type and polyether type. It can be used to manufacture plastics, rubber, fibers, rigid and flexible foams, adhesives and coatings.

Polyurethane screen has a wide range of application, stronger applicability, suitable for any type of vibrating screen machine and can be made by measuring machine. Polyurethane sieve plates are used in hydropower stations, building materials and other metal beneficiation. The screening of various materials in the range of 0.1mm-170mm, regardless of dry screening and wet screening, does not affect the screening efficiency. For dehydration and de-sifting in the range of 0.5m-3mm, the superiority of polyurethane sieve surface is more fully displayed. The product is water-resistant, corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and easy to replace and maintain. Polyurethane density is small (1.32kg/m 3), lighter than metal sieve surface, can reduce production unit consumption, so it can adapt to the development requirements of large-scale sieve machine.
