Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the screening process, the rectangular hole screen deforms the mesh and adopts a certain proportion of rectangular holes, such as the original requirement of 3.5X3.5mm mesh changed to 3.5X5mm or longer rectangular holes (as shown in Figure 1). However, the direction of the mesh is different, which will affect the screening accuracy and the service life of the screen to a certain extent.

This kind of screen screening is easy to screen out the flakes in the stone. Therefore, this kind of screen can only be used for screening materials that are not seriously blocked and there are basically no flakes in the stone.

2. Diamond-shaped hole anti-blocking screen, using this kind of screen, it is woven with the same screen strip that has tiny vibration in two adjacent places. It has a good anti-blocking effect.

3. Triangular hole anti-blocking screen. The screen is characterized by two adjacent sieve strips, one is a static sieve strip and the other is a dynamic sieve strip.

Its basic principle is to extend the two-dimensional fixed hole of the plane to the three-dimensional changeable mesh, and use the secondary vibration generated by the adjacent sieve strip in random vibration to establish an effective vibration difference. To realize the continuous change of the screen hole in the screening, there is relatively no fixed critical granular stone, the specific method is to set up a relatively large vibration amplitude of the moving screen strip in the two relatively immobile static sieve strips, the moving screen strip can bounce up the stone during the jamming period or make it sieve. According to the characteristics of the stone, the relative elastic strength and vibration amplitude of the static and dynamic screen strips are adjusted accordingly, so that the screen can be in a good screening state, and the screening efficiency can be increased by about 30% compared with the fixed mesh screen, which basically realizes the self-cleaning function of the screen and greatly reduces the blockage of the screen hole.

The static screen strip of the screen is thicker than the dynamic screen strip, so it not only increases the wear resistance of the screen, but also improves the screening efficiency. At the same time, the screen strip structure of the screen can minimize the contact point between the stone and the screen hole, and reduce the occurrence of hole plugging.
