Braided screens

Stainless steel screen weaving method: plain weaving, twill weaving, dense weaving, mat mesh twill weaving, double wire Dutch weaving, five-way weaving.

1. Plain weaving: each warp wire crosses up and down each weft wire, the diameter wire and the weft wire thickness is fine, and the warp and weft are woven at an angle of 90 degrees.

2. Twill weaving: each warp wire crosses up and down every 2 weft wires, and each weft wire crosses up and down every 2 diameter wires.

3. Dense weaving: the filament diameter of the warp and the weft wire is different, the mesh number is also different, the point is thin and dense warp, and the warp coarse and weft are fine. The length direction is the warp wire, and the width direction is the weft wire. Dense mesh is further divided into mat mesh plain weave and mat mesh twill weave.

4. Mat mesh twill weaving: each diameter wire crosses up and down every 2 weft wires, and each weft wire crosses up and down every 2 diameter wires.

5. Double filament Dutch weaving: This weave is very similar to twill Dutch weaving, with two weft threads, which can be stacked tightly with the warp threads. This silk cloth is mostly used to filter micron filtration.

6. Five weaving: This kind of weaving warp and weft filament is not a monofilament, but a few separate silks for weaving. This weave provides a stronger stainless steel wire cloth based on the twill weave.
