Structure of tubular distributor:

Pipe (divided pressure type and gravity type), uniform liquid distribution, simple structure, easy to support, small space in the tower, large air flow channel, less elasticity of operation, limited to the 2:1 range, too large flow liquid perforation pressure drop increases, resulting in the generation of fog and splash, too small will make some distribution points dry. Gravity type up to 4:1, it can be used as a direct distribution, can also be used for other forms of pre-distribution of the distributor, the use of tower diameter layout is limited, is currently a more widely used distributor.

Tubular distributor features:

1. Superior liquid distribution performance, suitable for occasions with more spray points and low liquid load; 　

2. It is required that there are no solid particles in the material, and a filter screen should be provided at the feed port of the riser;

3. Tubular liquid distributor has good operation flexibility; 　

4. In the occasion of high operating flexibility, double-row tube liquid distributor can be adopted;
