Coal preparation cyclone

The coal preparation heavy media cyclone is made of a cylindrical cyclone and a cylinder cone combination cyclone. The cylindrical cyclone is placed at an inclination of 10°-30° and connected in series with the barrel conical cyclone in the upper part. Sorting is carried out from low density, the low density coal is discharged from the lower overflow pipe of the segment barrel cyclone, and the intermediate product is discharged from the upper part, entering the second section cylinder conical cyclone in the tangent direction, where final coal and gangue are obtained. From the section of the coal preparation heavy medium cyclone, not only can high-quality refined coal and dilute heavy medium be obtained, but also the sorting density of the second section can be effectively improved.

The heavy media cyclone linings produced by our company are all made of ALO ceramic with a thickness of 20mm.The company undertakes various cyclone maintenance business, repairing iron shells and replacing ceramic linings.

Structural features: 1. There are three discharge ports, which can separate qualified refined coal, medium coal and gangue at one time with a single low-density suspension; 2. High sorting accuracy, wide selection force range, high upper limit of selection, wide range of adaptation; 3. The selected materials and the suspension are separated into the cyclone, which saves power consumption, reduces the amount of gangue sludge and secondary slime, and is conducive to the reasonable layout of the process link; 4. Simple structure, no moving parts, made of high aluminum ceramics and other materials in sections, good performance and long service life; 5. It is used for the classification of high sulfur, difficult to select and difficult to select raw coal.
